Postal Entry
Please note that, wherever possible, we would prefer you to complete the
online entry form
and pay by PayPal or credit/debit card. However, if you are unable to pay online then you can use the following links to
download the postal entry form and Adobe Reader. The postal entry fees are shown at the bottom of this page.

The intention is that you download this interactive PDF form and then
fill it in on your own computer before printing a hard copy to be enclosed with your entry
and payment (see step by step instructions in side panel).
Important:This form should not be printed until it has been
completed on your computer. Please do NOT print a blank form and then fill it
in by hand*.

2012 Postal Entry Fees
UK entry fees apply to residents of the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
The fees from non-UK entrants may be paid in either Pounds Sterling, US Dollars or Euros. Payments may
only be made in cash or Sterling cheques. Foreign currency cheques or money orders will not be accepted.
Please note that print fees and digital fees must be calculated separately. For example,
if you are paying in Euros and you wish to enter 2 print classes (including return postage)
and 1 digital class then that will cost €25.00 + €10.00 = €35.00.
Entries received without the correct fees will not be judged or returned!
* You are welcome to make hard copies of our postal entry form and pass them on to other
photographers without access to a computer. In those circumstances,
a hand-written entry would be acceptable.
