There are 2 ways to enter the 2012 Exhibition:
Please note that these are ALTERNATIVE methods. Do not send us a mixture of an online and a postal entry!
You must use either one OR the other.
Our systems are unable to combine an online entry with a
postal entry as they use different databases. Remember that our online entry process handles prints as well
as digital entries.
Online entry process (our preferred method!)
You can use our Online Entry Form
to fully describe your entry in all classes, upload digital images and make payment via
your PayPal account (or a credit/debit card). This is our preferred method of entry, even for print
entrants, as it will greatly simplify our administration. Obviously, prints will still
have to be sent by post, quoting a reference number you will be given after your online
payment.
If you have already registered on this site you can login using your
existing UserName and Password (a UserName reminder was emailed to all registered entrants
in early November 2010). Everyone else should register as a new user.

Postal entry process
For those who are unable or unwilling to make online payments, we have an
alternative method using a Postal Entry Form based on an interactive PDF document.

Important information for SCC members
If you are a current member of Southampton Camera Club then you are entitled to free entry to SIE 2012 on the understanding that you renew your
membership in January 2012. You are also expected to use the online entry process unless you do not have access to a computer with an Internet connection.
For those members who have previously registered on this website, you should delay submitting your entry until you have received notification that the SIE database
has been updated with the latest membership status (this usually happens around the end of November). If you have never previously registered then you must first complete the registration
process and then contact the webmaster via the
Contact Us page to request free entry.
Do not finalise an online entry if it is obvious that fees are being charged! Wait until the database has been updated to reflect your
membership of the club.
